Info: Halflings are very small folk. Shorter than dwarves and even gnomes. Thick, soft, animal-like fur covers the lower legs and feet which are always disproportionately large. The skin on the sole of a halflings foot is thick, tough and flexible. This means that halflings have no need for shoes and can walk extremely quietly which gives them the bonus to prowling.
